The City Council of the City of Fitchburg will hold a Public

Hearing for the purpose of classification and taxation of property according to use, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 797 of the Acts of 1979 as amended by Chapter 79 of the Acts of 1983.

Finance Committee meeting,

which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM

The City of Fitchburg Assessors office provides this information as a service to the taxpayers of the City of Fitchburg. 

The Fiscal Year 2020 values and current ownership (through November 2019) are now reflected in our Online Property Database under the CAI Property Record Card listed for each property. We are currently in the process up updating the Fiscal Year 2020 Property Record Cards and hope to have those updated by December 20, 2019.

The property information and maps are updated on an annual basis.
